• Payments are not refundable.
• All entry permit cards do NOT authorize any type of employment & are subject to security approval.
• Residing in the zone is not permitted.
• ID cards must be returned to Security Department in case of cancellation, renewal or expiry, charges apply for loss of the card. 
• Written notification to Security Department in case of loss of entry permit card.
• Entry permits should only be used ONLY as specified in the card.
• All entry permit cards are not valid for commercial vehicles or tourist/visit visa holders.
• This form cannot be used as a gate pass.
• Violation of the terms will result into legal liabilities.
